Quartz is part of the trigonal system, it is characterized by hexagonal-based crystals with two rhombohedrons at the base, its formation is hydrothermal, i.e. by heating and dissolution of chemical elements which crystallize in quartz.
Rose quartz is a macrocrystalline variety, in nature it often appears with large crystals, it is formed in intrusive rocks where cooling is slow. In ancient times this gem was considered the stone of fertility, also used for heart problems, and everything connected to the heart. In fact, even today, rose quartz is traditionally considered the stone linked to the feeling of love, sensitivity and generosity.
